Data you provide via the waitlist form: name, WhatsApp number, and email (optional).
Limited technical data for security & anti-spam: IP address and browser language at submit time.
Campaign attribution (UTM, landing page, referrer) to understand where you came from.
How we use data
To contact you about early access to Sigap AI.
To manage the relationship (CRM) and send a welcome email.
To measure page performance in aggregate (cookieless analytics).
To prevent spam and form abuse.
Third parties
Chatwoot (CRM & live chat) — stores contacts & conversations.
Resend — sends transactional email; replies route to our inbox.
Umami (cookieless analytics, self-hosted) — aggregate stats without identifying you.
Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-bot verification on the form.
Cloudflare — CDN & edge security.
Cookies & consent
The live-chat widget and analytics script load only after you press 'Accept' on the cookie banner.
Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not a tracking cookie.
You can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser.
Anti-bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) loads on every visit as a strictly necessary security measure — it is not used for tracking and does not wait for consent.
Retention & your rights
We retain data while the waitlist is active or as legally required.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
